If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS with your collection PIN. We deliver nationwide via PAXI (PEP store-to-store delivery). Once your parcel arrives at the selected PEP store, you can collect it using the PIN.

We want you to love your order! If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like a different size or colour, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To start an exchange:
Contact us with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.
We’ll guide you on how to return the original item safely.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship your replacement.
Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Shipping for exchanges is handled at the customer’s cost, unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
